Last updated 23 October 2026These terms apply when you browse, request, book or pay for a home, hotel room or viewing through Cereno Homes. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Cereno Homes Ltd is a property company registered in Ghana. We list homes for short stay, lease and sale, and operate Cereno hotels. Each listing is visited and verified by a Cereno agent before it goes live.
2. Requests and bookings
A request is not a booking. For homes and some hotel room types, an agent confirms availability within 24 hours and sends a payment link. The booking is only secured once payment is received.
Hotel room types marked “Instant confirmation” are booked as soon as payment succeeds.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are set in US dollars and shown in Ghana cedis at our published exchange rate. The cedi amount on your payment link is the amount you pay. Rates can change daily; a payment link holds its rate until it expires.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Payaza by Mobile Money, card or bank transfer. Cereno never stores your full card details.
5. Leases and sales
Leases are governed by the signed lease agreement, which takes precedence over these terms. Sales are completed through our legal partners; nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell.
6. Your responsibilities
Give accurate details, respect house and hotel rules, and leave the property as you found it. You may be charged for damage beyond normal wear.
7. Liability
We take care to keep listings accurate but photos and descriptions are a guide. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned, except where the law says otherwise.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ghana.
